The SkyDome Cup was a tri-nation tournament played between the hosts Canada, Denmark, and Portugal.
The first match was played between Canada and Denmark, which resulted in a 1-0 win for the Danish side with a goal by Højer Nielsen. Canada played their second game against Portugal, which resulted in a 1-1 draw, with goals from António Folha and Alex Bunbury.
